Salmone, lime, mango and Goji berries

Something good and fast for the evening?

 Tired from work, at home and with little desire to cook something tasty? Well, you have no choice, apart from ordering food online!  

 Do you want to spend 20 minutes preparing a tasty dish? Here is a supercool recipe 

Of course, as in all recipes, you will need to buy the ingredients, unless for a casual and fortuitous coincidence, you do not already have them in your pantry in the kitchen.


INGREDIENTI per 2 persone:

  • 450 gr of smoked salmon
  • 50 gr of Goji berries
  • 1 lime
  • 1 mango
  • chives
  • black pepper q.b.
  • extra virgin olive oil.


  • Put the slices of smoked salmon on a plate large enough (I use those for pizza)
  • Peel the mango and cut it into little cubes
  • Place it on slices of smoked salmon
  • Add Goji berries
  • Wash the lime and cut it in two. Take some slices for decoration and leave them aside, then squeeze the rest on the salmon.
  • Sprinkle with a little ‘black pepper and chives
  • Add a drizzle of raw olive oil
  • Leave it to rest for about twenty minutes. In the meantime relax and if you do not have liver problems or you are teetotalers, treat yourself to a good glass of wine while listening to your favorite music.

The wine that I recommend as a pairing is a Gambellara Classico
