Bream to the water CRAZY

A quick recipe where taste meets the speed of preparation.
A right mix to amaze your beloved freeloaders for dinner.

Of course, as in all recipes, and in this belief that you will need it, you will have to buy the ingredients, unless for a casual and fortuitous coincidence, (which I do not believe in this case) you do not already have them in your pantry kitchen.

INGREDIENTS for 2 people:orate alla pazza (5)


  • 2 bream
  • 2 trout
  • 400 gr. of pachino tomatoes
  • 1 pack of black olives
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • Hot pepper q.b
  • Salt to taste
  • black pepper q.b.
  • Origan


  • First wash and dry the sea bream and trout well

  • at this point, wash the tomatoes well
  • pitted black olives

  • start to heat the oven to 200 degrees
  • cut the tomatoes into wedges, add the black olives, the minced onion and the garlic clove.
  • season with oil and lemon, a pinch of salt and a sprinkling of origano and let stand for 10 minutes

  • at this point put the sea bream on a pan, salt the inside of the sea bream and put a little ‘chopped garlic, a bit of parsley and a pinch of black pepper
  • place the tomatoes on the bed of sea bream and add a little oil and a little lemon juice

  • bake the bream, but first cover with two glasses of hot water.
  • let it cook in the oven until completely absorbedorate alla pazza (5)
  • filleted and served hot!

The wine that I recommend as a pairing is a FIANO DI AVELLINO DOCG Obviously you should not have liver problems or to be an abstainer.
